Established in 1998, P.T. Cemerlang Samudra Kontrindo was founded based on the spirit, commitment, ideas, vision & missions, and a strong determination of its founders to support industrial growth. As a Construction Firm, we truly believe that industrial growth cannot occur without proper facilities.
Our Company started its first office in Jl. S. Parman Gg. Rustam No. 57B, Medan, North Sumatra. As we continue to grow and by the Grace of God, we established 3 (three) more branches: Pekanbaru in 2005, Jakarta in 2009, and Samarinda in 2017. We have always been supported not only by Great Experts, Engineers, and Heavy Machineries, but also by Major Clients and Government Business (BUMN) work.
Our Core Values: Satisfaction, Integrity, and Professionalism (better known as SIP) was inaugurated and officialized in 2022.
Now, we are ready to move to the next level. We are ready and we are always here to support you.

Cemerlang Samudra Kontrindo didirikan berdasarkan semangat, komitmen, ide, visi & misi, serta tekad yang kuat dari para pendirinya untuk mendukung pertumbuhan industri. Sebagai Perusahaan Konstruksi, kami sangat percaya bahwa pertumbuhan industri tidak dapat terjadi tanpa fasilitas yang memadai.
Perusahaan kami memulai kantor pertamanya di Jl. S.Parman Gg. Rustam No. 57B, Medan, Sumatera Utara. Seiring dengan pertumbuhan kami dan atas Rahmat Tuhan, kami mendirikan 3 (tiga) cabang lagi: Pekanbaru pada tahun 2005, Jakarta pada tahun 2009, dan Samarinda pada tahun 2017. Kami tidak hanya didukung oleh Tenaga Ahli, Insinyur, dan Alat Berat, tetapi juga oleh Klien Besar dan Badan Usaha Pemerintah.
