Cemerlang samudra Kontrindo's HISTORY.

How our founders found the company?

Established in 1998, P.T. Cemerlang Samudra Kontrindo was founded based on the spirit, commitment, ideas, vision & missions, and a strong determination of its founders to support industrial growth. As a Construction Firm, we truly believe that industrial growth cannot occur without proper facilities.

 

Our Company started its first office in Jl. S. Parman Gg. Rustam No. 57B, Medan, North Sumatra. As we continue to grow and by the Grace of God, we established 3 (three) more branches: Pekanbaru in 2005, Jakarta in 2009, and Samarinda in 2017. We have always been supported not only by Great Experts, Engineers, and Heavy Machineries, but also by Major Clients and Government Business (BUMN) work. 

 

Our Core Values: Satisfaction, Integrity, and Professionalism (better known as SIP) was inaugurated and officialized in 2022.

Jalu Sunu Ajie

Engineering and Marketing Manager

Jalu Sunu Ajie, S.T. is the Engineering and Procurement Manager of P.T. Cemerlang Samudra Kontrindo. Mr. Sunu joined the company in 2014, and prior to working in the company, he was the Project Manager and Bidding Personnel in a Marine Construction Company in Indonesia. He is a professional in bidding for Major Projects, including the scope of Procurement and Construction Management, having 20 years of experience.

Mr. Sunu always believes that great things can be achieved through hard work. Through experience, resilience, and his dedication plus the hard work of the team, P.T. Cemerlang Samudra Kontrindo has achieved more excellent projects.

Ir. Limantoba is the General Project Director for the Onshore Department in P.T. Cemerlang Samudra Kontrindo. Prior to the joining the company, he was the General Manager in one of the biggest Palm Oil Companies in the nation. With the spirit of always striving for perfection, his leadership in the Onshore Department led into one successful project to another.

  • Directed the Onshore Civil Construction of P.T. Kutai Refinery Nusantara in Kariangau, East Kalimantan. The project consists of Main Plants (Major Steel Structures), Waste Water Treatment Plants, Piping and Piperacks throughout the Industrial Area.
  • Led and advised the Apical Kao Chemical Project in Lubuk Gaung, Dumai, Riau for the company. The scope of work includes construction of 3 major Main Plants for the company.

Lamser Rajagukguk

General Project Director (Offshore Department)

Lamser Rajagukguk, S.T. is the General Project Director for the Offshore Department in P.T. Cemerlang Samudra Kontrindo. Joining freshly with the company in 2001, he started his career as a Project Supervisor. He is best known for his hard- working mentality, and never-give-up mental.

His knowledge and skill in Building Information Modeling truly assisted him in the Project Management field, which he held for 10 years; and now the position of General Project Director of the Offshore Department.

  • Project Manager for the Construction of EPC Relokasi Flare BPP-II & New Flare HCC RDMP RU V Balikpapan in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. Successfully built the platform for the Mega Project, relocating the Oil Flare from onshore to offshore.
  • Project Manager at Pembangunan dan Revitalisasi Pelabuhan Penyebrangan Balohan, the Port of Sabang, Aceh. The project is one of the largest contracts by the company, consisting of several Port Terminal Buildings and Port Facilities, including movable bridge and a jetty for passenger ship berthing.
  • Co-originator the Pile Gripper, one of the highly-effective piling rigs in the Marine Construction Industry.

Ir. Petrus Edi Susanto is the Founder, President Commissioner, and Senior Advisor of P.T. Cemerlang Samudra Kontrindo since 1998. Prior to the founding of the company, he spent years working for another construction company before finally making his own company. Mr. Petrus Edi Susanto is the core of the company and held strategic positions in the company, being the President Director since the company started.

His passion to build a better Indonesia reflected in his work ethic and his non-stop spirit to build better and be better, especially in the Marine Construction section.

Stefanus Samuel, S.T. is the President Director (CEO) of P.T. Cemerlang Samudra Kontrindo. Before the position was entrusted to him, he joined the company as a Civil Engineer in 2018. Being a visionary, his age never stopped him from leading the company into a better future, and to the best direction in the future.

Following and continuing the passion from the former President Director, his love for the Marine Construction Industry kept growing. His spirit is to believe that all things can be done, through Christ that strengthens him.
