Lamser Rajagukguk, S.T. is the General Project Director for the Offshore Department in P.T. Cemerlang Samudra Kontrindo. Joining freshly with the company in 2001, he started his career as a Project Supervisor. He is best known for his hard- working mentality, and never-give-up mental.

His knowledge and skill in Building Information Modeling truly assisted him in the Project Management field, which he held for 10 years; and now the position of General Project Director of the Offshore Department.

• Project Manager for the Construction of Konstruksi Pemasangan Instalasi Pipa Minyak (Pipeline) beserta Fasilitas Pendukungnya Segmen 6B & 11B Wilayah Rokan in Rokan Area, Riau. The pipeline consists of 52 kilometres of combined pipeline length for the new pipe line for P.T. Pertamina Gas.
• Project Manager for the Construction of EPC Relokasi Flare BPP-II & New Flare HCC RDMP RU V Balikpapan in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. Successfully built the platform for the Mega Project, relocating the Oil Flare from onshore to offshore.
• Project Manager at Pembangunan dan Revitalisasi Pelabuhan Penyebrangan Balohan, the Port of Sabang, Aceh. The project is one of the largest contracts by the company, consisting of several Port Terminal Buildings and Port Facilities, including movable bridge and a jetty for passenger ship berthing.
• Co-originator the Pile Gripper, one of the highly-effective piling rigs in the Marine Construction Industry.
